Konstantin Kobelev

Born in 1955.

In 1972 entered the Moscow Technological Food Institute and in 1977 got a diploma “Fermentation technologies”

From December 1980 to 1982 - studied for a PhD and held a doctorate degree in engineering sciences.  

From 2009 till present – Deputy Director for Science in All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Brewing, Alcohol-Free and Wine Production – now a branch of the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution “Federal Scientific Center of Food Systems named after V.M. Gorbatov” of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Responsible for beer, kvass, alcohol-free and mineral water production issues.

From 2018 – Deputy Chairman of the Technical Committee for Standardization TK 175 “Beer and beverages”.

In October 2018 defended D.Sc. in engineering.

Was awarded Certificates of Merit for “Dedicated work” by the Ministry of Agriculture, the Russian Academy of Science and Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation and the Medal "In Commemoration of the 800th Anniversary of Moscow".
 
An author of 140 scientific papers, 23 of them – the RF patents and one monography.
