Spagar Natalya Nikolayevna – the Head of the Quality Service of the brewing company “Krinitsa”

In 1998 graduated from Belarusian State Technological University with a specialty of engineer – chemist – ecologist.

Natalya has been working in the brewing industry for 19 years. Began her work activities as a worker at the place of production. Monitoring beer quality for more than 15 years. Involved in the development of new beer varieties and forming of beer taste.

Since 2012 is an auditor in the field of quality and safety of food products on the base of NASSR and international standard ISO 22000 in the safety management of food products.   

In 2013 took part in the development of documents while the management system installation ISO 22000 in the brewing industry “Krinitsa” and the certification of the system in the international certification service.

In 2013 took training “Carrying out of the technical regulation of the food industry within the Customs Union and the national legislation”. Involved in the development of the national technical enactments and the regulation of the Customs Union “Concerning alcohol safety” within the working group of the republic of Belarus.

2014 – took training “Instruments and methods of implementation of criterion of the RF Government Award  model for achievements in quality 2014. Estimation methods and course procedure”.

Since July 2015 is the Head of the Quality Service in the brewing company “Krinitsa”. Experienced in arrangement of quality control, used by the largest brewing companies as Carlsberg, Heineken, Anadolu EFES, König Ludwig International Gmbh & Co KG.

In 2017 confirmed the qualification of “Internal auditor”.
