Experience: junior research assistant of All-Russian Scientific and Research Beer and Beverage Institute (1974-1982); senior engineer in Rospotrebsouz (1982-1986), a professor of the chair of the fermentation technology and winemaking of the Moscow State Technology and Management University (1986-2010), the Deputy Director of the Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation (2010 – till the present).
 
Expert for alcohol products in GOST P system, a member of Documentation Center of the Ministry of Agriculture TK 176 “Alcohol, yeast, liqueurs and spirits”, leading professor for fermentation productions. Trainer for beer and beverage technologies: chemistry of the industry, projecting of plants, expertise of alcohol and free alcohol drinks.
