In 1989 graduated from Egoryevsky aeronautical technical school, in 2006 – St.-Petersburg State Engineering-Economical University, in 2015 - Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration;

Work experience:

From 1990 to 1998 - Aircraft mechanic in “Pulkovo”;
From 2000 to 2012 - leading positions in Russian business companies;
From 2010 to 2012 Managing Director of Luzhsky Feed-processing plant;
Since October 2012 – Acting Chief of the Administration of the Luzhsky district and then Head of the Administration.
