Started his career in the federal tax inspectorate. Then worked in the federal executive authorities and the Government of the RF.
 
2016 – Pro-Rector for Research and Production in FSBI “Smolensk State Agricultural Academy”, then became the Rector of the Academy.

From February 2022 – Pro-Rector for Research and Technology in FSBI “Moscow State Food University” and then Acting rector of FSBI “ROSBIOTECH”
