Work experience:

1981 – worked in Pskov gear plant as an electrician of the Laboratory for Electronics;

1985 -  chief of the Robotics and Automation Laboratory;

1989 – 1992 – head of PPM in FSSB;

1989 – 1992 created engineer-innovative co-operative society “NPN” and became a chairman of this society;

Since 1992 till present – Managing Director of OOO “Production Association NPN”. The holding group “NPN” includes PAO “Pskovskiy Mechanical Devices Plant”, OOO “Plastprom”, private security agency “Sova”, construction company “Orbita-Story”, TK “TsUM”, technology park “Zubchatka” etc.

In 2022 “Pskovskiy Mechanical Devices Plant” was included in the list of systemic companies of the Pskov Region by the Governor order. Igor Savitskiy is a core shareholder and a member of the Management Board of the plant, takes an active life and public position, appears on TV, radio and other mass media.

From 1996 to 1998 – a deputy of the Pskov State Duma. Worked in the Committee on economics, budget and tax, led the expert-analytic commission of the State Duma.

1998 – 2016 – a deputy of the Pskov Regional Assembly of Deputies; a member of the legislative,  budget, finance, economic and local government Committee.

In 2019 Igor Savitsky became a founder of OOO “Savitskiy and sons”.

2020 opened “Savitskiy and sons” brewery and the restaurant “Stariy lis”.

From 2021 beer of the company received 30 medals: festival “Sochi beer”, Rosglavpivo® - the Best Beer of Russia”, Moscow.

Igor Savitskiy  was awarded a second-class medal of the Order of Merit for the Motherland (2002).
