Work experience:

From 2000 to 2004 – Kansky biochemical plant, technical engineer of the Central scientific-research laboratory for entering the production.
From 2002 to 2004 – Kansky distillery, chief technologist
From 2004 to 2005 – the State Trade Inspection Office in the Krasnoyarsk territory, government inspector, monitoring the alcohol circulation regarding quality and safety.
After reorganization, from 2005 to 2010 – Rospotrebnadzor in the Krasnoyarsk territory, the main expert of the compliance department for national nutrition, monitoring the alcohol circulation related to quality and safety, cooperation with legal bodies concerning interruption of counterfeit alcohol sales.
From June 2013 till present – OOO “Osnova”, Director of the brewing plant: development, management, equipment purchasing, production setup etc.
Participation in tasting events (organoleptic estimation of drinks).

Natalya Spagar

The Head of the Quality Service of the brewing company “Krinitsa”

In 1998 graduated from Belarusian State Technological University with a specialty of engineer – chemist – ecologist.

Natalya has been working in the brewing industry for 19 years. Began her work activities as a worker at the place of production. Monitoring beer quality for more than 15 years. Involved in the development of new beer varieties and forming of beer taste.

Since 2012 is an auditor in the field of quality and safety of food products on the base of NASSR and international standard ISO 22000 in the safety management of food products.    

In 2013 took part in the development of documents while the management system installation ISO 22000 in the brewing industry “Krinitsa” and the certification of the system in the international certification service.

In 2013 took training “Carrying out of the technical regulation of the food industry within the Customs Union and the national legislation”. Involved in the development of the national technical enactments and the regulation of the Customs Union “Concerning alcohol safety” within the working group of the republic of Belarus.

2014 – took training “Instruments and methods of implementation of criterion of the RF Government Award  model for achievements in quality 2014. Estimation methods and course procedure”.

Since July 2015 is the Head of the Quality Service in the brewing company “Krinitsa”. Experienced in arrangement of quality control, used by the largest brewing companies as Carlsberg, Heineken, Anadolu EFES, König Ludwig International Gmbh & Co KG.

In 2017 confirmed the qualification of “Internal auditor”.

Alexandra Shchetko

Senior engineer-chemist of the quality department in the brewing company “Krinitsa” – the largest beer producer in Belarus

Since 2008 performs physical-chemical control (including organoleptic estimate) of beer at all production stages

2011 – completed a course “Methods and means of radioactive control” in the Institution of Further Training, Institution of Advanced Training in Minsk.

In 2013, in order to estimate quality of products, was selected as a taster and took training on the plant base. In 2014 became a member of the tasting commission of the plant.

In 2016 completed a course “Sensory researches as a referential testing method for food quality characteristics in LLC “European studying and consulting centre”; was conferred qualification of the investigator of I category.    

A member of the taste commission of the brewing company “Krinitsa”.

Makes organoleptic control of own beers as well as Anadolu EFES and “König Ludwig International Gmbh & Co KG”.

In 2016 was a Jury member of XIX International beer, beverage, mineral and pure water and brewer’s malt competition “Svyato pivo-2016”.

From 1996 to 2003 worked in the Federal Tax Service in different positions.

From 2003 to 2013 served in the Federal Service of the Russian Federation for Control over the Circulation of Narcotics in the Omsk Region

From December 2013 to May 2016 – the Federal Service of the Russian Federation for Control Over the Circulation of Narcotics in the Vologda Region

From June 15, 2016 – Deputy Governor of the Region. Responsible for the support of agricultural production and food, veterinary, forestry relations, use of wildlife resources, oversight over technical condition of mechanical vehicle and other machines.

•    OAO “Brewing company “Baltika” “Baltika-Voronezh”. Key specialist in the quality management system since December 2006 till May 2012. A member of the taste commission having estimating rating in “FlavorActiV”.
•    OAO “Brewing plant Voronezhsky”. Department manager in the quality management system since April 2002 to December 2006.
